Return Policy
At Marcha, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items and products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

في مارشا، نحرص على رضاكم الكامل عن مشترياتكم. لذلك يمكنكم طلب استرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
شروط الاسترجاع
لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلًا للاسترجاع، يجب أن:
- يكون بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، مع جميع البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي.
- المنتجات المخصصة أو المصممة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
- المنتجات المخفضة أو المعلّمة بعبارة البيع النهائي (Final Sale) غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
تكاليف الشحن
- رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال وجود خطأ من طرفنا.
- سيتم خصم رسوم شحن الإرجاع من المبلغ المسترد، ما لم يكن سبب الإرجاع خطأ من جانبنا.
استرداد المبلغ
بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم تحويل المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 أيام عمل.
